Have a gift card or code that's not working? Please email before completing your purchase. We do not provide refunds after purchases—No Exceptions.

ONLINE TUTORIALS

Orders with online tutorials will receive a link sent to the purchaser's email address. The links are sent when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it. The password for your online tutorial is valid for 60 days from your first login, after which you will not have access to the tutorial. Within this 60 day period if you have questions or trouble accessing your tutorial please email hello@25cats.com.
